My name is I’shantii Rosser. Been in the training field since 2008. I’m an ex college Athlete(Football and Rugby) turned Full-Time Certified Trainer/Certified Performance Specialist/Coach with National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My biggest goal as a training is to push your athlete the way it’s needed to hit his/her goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We find out what the student/athlete needs to improve on through over the phone or in person conversation.
From there we see what athlete can do through first couple of sessions through several ability test and drills.
Then we go into planning what will be worked on with athlete from seeing what athlete can do and work on what can make athletes enhance their skill.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nasm: Performance Enhancement Specialist
Nasm/Afaa: Group Instructor
Head Performance Coach/Facility Manager 2019-2021 For Fitness Company with 500+ members. Work for the same fitness company for 5 years prior to becoming Facility manager.
Coach of a you 7 on 7 passing league from 6th grade through 11th grade.
