I take the time to get to know each one of my clients, so I can really understand their goals and what they need from me as a trainer.

I love being a coach. It's so humbling and rewarding to be a part of someone's success. Seeing someone reach a goal, or do something they didn't know they were capable of, or seeing someone excited about progress is really awesome!

    Ashley really listened and created a program that worked for me. She kept the work outs fun and effective, and always remembered my requirements due to prior injuries and personal limitations. She is very responsive to questions and concerns, and was excellent with explaining proper form and giving examples. Highly recommend!

    Frequently asked questions

    Typically, meeting with a coach for a No Sweat Intro to go over goals & basic information. Then a workout consultation, followed by setting up a schedule from there. These can be done remotely as well!

    I have a B.S. in Kinesiology, I'm a certified personal trainer (ISSA), I have my USA Weightlifing Level 1 certification, as well as my CrossFit Level 1.

    30 minutes - $45/session

    60 minutes - $80/session

    Remote programming - $80/month

    Nutrition - $125/month

    I played sports my whole life, and I had a few coaches that really poured into me not only as an athlete but as a person. I also watched my dad coach my younger brother's football team and he really inspired me. He showed me that it is so much bigger than sports and fitness, and that the things we learn on the field or in the gym can carry over into other aspects of our life. That made me want to pour into other people, and help them become the best versions of themselves.
