Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After sign up, initial consultation, we design a specific training program based on the clients goals and targets.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Training, 10+ years of fitness coaching, certified in water instruction, group fitness and boot camp training. All staff members are certified as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Personal Fitness Coaching is priced per month at either 30 or 60 minute sessions, ($100/$200 respectively). Per session pricing is also available at $25/1 hour session.
Group fitness classes such as spinning, youga, self-defense, HIIT are priced from $30-50 per month.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching indoor cycling (spin) over ten years ago at LA Fitness where I enjoyed one of the largest, most consistent riders in the metroplex.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with beginner clients to experienced athletes. We have a complete array of programs that include high school athletic training/conditioning for football, basketball and baseball sports.
We also have a beginning swimming program for toddlers, adolescents and adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice is to find a place you will be happy with in the long haul. Think about fitness and wellness as a life style thay you will continue long after you leave a gym. We can provide a pleasant, private, highly effective but very reasonably priced wellness center for the entire family.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about the goals and accomplishments you want down the road, 3, 6 9 months from now. Ask yourself how committed you are to reaching those goals. Ask yourself what price is sufficient to ensure a potentially better quality of life regarding my health if I invest in that now?
These are the type questions that will make a difference when chosing a place to invest in your health and wellness. This is the environment we believe we offer.
