Not only will I help you become a better athlete but also help to build your confidence as an athlete. The sky is the limit for you if you are willing to put in the work!
The aspect of giving back! I have always understood that when my time playing sports was over, giving back to those sports would be my next passion!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start with building the athletes foundation. Stability, core strength and hand-eye coordination. From there we start working on the basic footwork & position specific drills. After that go into more in-depth knowledge of the sport and situational drills to create the athletes separation from peers in there sport. To me knowledge & understanding makes an athlete play faster!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Played 4 sports growing up; football, track & field, wrestling, and rugby. Played Football and Ran Track in college competing at a high level. Went to school for exercise science during that time. Since then received a certification through NCCPT & currently working toward a certification through NASM. I myself am still an athlete & follow my philosophy throughout my own sport endeavors!
