Hello, my name is Cinceir Holmes I have been personal training for 2 years but got my CPT last year and have been doing PT at crunch fitness since then. I specialize in

I have my Bachelors in Kinesiology as well as currently getting my Masters in Strength and Human Performance. I also have a lot of training experience in track from my 10 years of running.
