I create programs around what YOU like to do! My philosophy is if you're doing something you enjoy, you're more likely to continue.
My experience is about 30 years & very diverse. My original background started in dance, (Best hi-kicker, Best Dancer, Top 10). I've also taught a lot of group exercise in many formats at YWCA, YMCA, Bally's, Premier Athletic Club. Including: weight lifting, running, kick boxing, treadmill, prenatal etc. I've played competitive tennis as well.
