Trinity Fitness was founded in 2000 By Certified Advanced fitness trainer, World Karate Champion, and "Masters" Black Belt Hall of Fame recipient, Thomas Alston.

“I have always had a passion for exercise and Fitness, as a Martial Artist and as a weight lifter.

“Personal” training to me is not just about putting someone through a workout, but also understanding how the client is supposed to actually move and Feel better. The Client should be dealt with as an individual“

Thomas believes that the Client’s training program should be tailored to the individual's goals and needs. Even when training more than one client at a time, the exercise program should be individualized for each person. First knowing how a client moves, then creating a program that will challenge the client and not only give them the results that they want, but also the results that they need.

“I started Trinity Fitness so that I could bring Quality Fitness training to the client’s Home.”
