Trinity Fitness was founded in 2000 By Certified Advanced fitness trainer, World Karate Champion, and "Masters" Black Belt Hall of Fame recipient, Thomas Alston.

Thomas believes that the Client’s training program should be tailored to the individual's goals and needs. Even when training more than one client at a time, the exercise program should be individualized for each person. First knowing how a client moves, then creating a program that will challenge the client and not only give them the results that they want, but also the results that they need.

It is important to see how the Client moves, so just having the Student or Client move. Flexibility , Balance and strength assessments will give me the information that I need to create a training plan that will give the client the best results.
