BeatBox DFW was created by boxer, kickboxing instructor, and former Police Officer Malaki Abdul-Malik. Using his knowledge, training and experience, a system of fun & challenging workouts to encourage self-confidence, build stamina, burn calories and lose weight, was created.
We offer incomparable training programs that you will not find anywhere such as pre-Police Academy and Boot Camp training to prepare individuals for a career in Law-Enforcement. We will meet you at your current fitness level, and propel you to your future fitness goals. As iron sharpens iron, we will sharpen and learn from each other in an ever-changing, socially fun environment. I got started teaching about 3 years ago, when I made the decision to start replicating myself. I wanted to impart all of my knowledge, training, and experience to other people. In return, they would inspire other people, those people will inspire others, so on and so forth.
I have worked twith all types of fitness levels. Former semi-pro athletes, college athletes, children, seniors, parkinsons disease students, to teachers and single mothers.
