My son started working with Coach Morris following his Junior year in high school. Already an athlete in varsity football and track, he needed to make some gains in speed and agility to get him to the next level. We saw marked improvements with footwork, 40yd speed and overall confidence in his abilities. He improved more than a full second on his recorded 40yd at college camps from June to July and was able to hit a pr 102 in a standing broad jump. There is no doubt in my mind the impact that Coach Morris made. We will continue training 2x monthly through football season and pre-track season. Best decision weve made by far! Thanks Robert!

Coach Morris is a great guy and coach.
He worked with my eleven year old that needed some help with tackling and footwork for corner and receiver positions.
He really instilled more confidence in him and coach is also great at teaching technique.

    Frequently asked questions

The process begins with finding out the client’s specific goals. From there I determine if their goals are realistic, and the best course of action to achieve them. Then we work on scheduling, and discuss rates.

I have numerous training and nutrition certifications, and I spent 20 years as a high school educator and coach of multiple sports. I also run team strength and conditioning camps over the Summer and during the Fall.

$60 for individual session, with the possibility of a discount for multiple sessions in the same week.

$50 per person for small group sessions

$30 per person for team sessions

I have a passion for helping others, and wanted to share my knowledge to help adults with their health and fitness. I also love assisting young athletes with their development and overall sport performance.

I have worked with clients ranging in age from 10 to adults, and of all ability levels.

I suggest asking a lot of questions, and getting to know the individual and their reason for doing what they do. If it is all about the money, then that is a problem. If they do not have any previous playing experience, and coaching experience, that is also a problem.

They should know exactly what they are wanting to accomplish, and determine whether a particular coach can help them to reach their goals.
