Boxing isn't fighting. It's an art that anyone and all ages can express. With the right mindset and the right techniques, it can be carried out to be whatever you want it to be. Boxing has shown me to be sharp mentally and physically. In return for boxing showing me the right path, I'd like to influence and lead others to see the happiness I have. Whether you want to lose weight, learn to defend yourself or stay active, I (being an experienced champion) would like to help you find your happiness.
I really enjoy watching people improve everyday and helping them with any doubts they have in them self's and pushing them more and more each day!
JC is a awesome boxing teacher, There are so many different ways to get in-shape but learning to box is the best. He is very personable and a great motivator when I get tired. I highly recommend.
I love training with Jon! He mixes up the workout out each session. The warm up, cardio, and boxing training all target a particular muscle groups each session. Due to the variety I prefer training with him than doing traditional weight training and cardio in a gym. I have lost over 50lbs in the 9 months while training with him. I have not only lost weight but my coordination and upper body strength has drastically improved.

I definitely like to get to know my student and see their goals and what they want to do with boxing so I can get a better understanding. I also would like to put them through a free first time workout to see if they enjoy boxing and see if it's for them
I am a certified kickboxing trainer and 9 round 30 min kickboxing! And I'm also the head trainer there! So I know plenty of fat burning exercises to keep you in tip top shape and not stagnate. I have been boxing over 10 year and love fixing people's form so they can get in shape and look good doing it!
I started teaching by training some of my friends because I've been boxing for so long then I decided one day I should start training more people because I really enjoyed it and from then on I've been in love with teaching people.
I've worked with all types of students. From kids two older adults. Even people that have special needs so I'm available to anyone that needs training.
