Coach K.Delaiso,

A veteran Football Defensive Backs Coach with two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of coaching with Hall of Famer Deion Sanders. My extensive knowledge of all positions and strategic training methods have successfully prepared high school athletes for college and professional careers. I am passionate about guiding players to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Coach Russell Roy JR,

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana. I grew up learning every aspect of the sports world from my dad who coached for over 40 years. Early on I learned the importance of working on your craft; from park ball, to travel sports, high school, and beyond. By the age of 15, I began helping with drills and practices with the younger athletes. After graduating high school, I began college sports and decided to further my knowledge by majoring in kinesiology. This allowed me to learn more about the body and what routines improves specific categories. I received my Associate’s Degree in 2012 and began training. In addition to my formal studies, I had the pleasure of playing sports on a collegiate level. I am equipped to help athletes flourish their talent, focusing on stregh and conditioning, speed, agility, and elusiveness.
