I am passionate about health and fitness and passionate for helping others feel great! I have been an Independent Running Coach for 10+ years helping beginning runners to vetran runners train and complete 5K's to Marathons. Recently I became a Certified Personal Trainer so can help anyone achieve fitness goals.
I typically meet my clients at an outdoor park, but am willing to travel to a home gym or location of preference.

Coach Jennifer was great! I was very nervous to run my first 10K, but she gave me excellent tips and more importantly ran with me and didnt just coach from the sideline. Id highly recommend her if you are hoping to learn techniques for distance running and just overall motivation.
