My business is to make life simple for my clients! They are able to stay in their own home while getting the best workout possible without owning a single piece of equipment! I bring the gym to you!

Imagine not having to worry about a sitter, Covid-19, monthly gym fees, and having to drive for a workout. Let me take the stress off you by bringing the gym to you!

With the training sessions, I include a good nutrition program that will help you achieve your goals.

No age is too young or too old as I work with people of all ages!

Growing up always being intrigued by weight lifting, running, and just overall fitness has made me want to become a personal trainer because I knew the importance of health and fitness.

With that being said I have always been one that has enjoyed helping people no matter what their circumstances are.

So after looking into many things in my life as far a career, I felt that becoming a personal trainer would be the best fit for myself knowing I would be able to help others with their fitness and weight loss goals.

I have been a personal trainer and boot camp instructor for over 25 years. I have certifications in Elite Personal training, Endurance Training, Exercise therapy, Nutrition, and Bootcamp training through Cooper, ISSA, and Fit tour.

I work hard keeping up with the new and updated versions of fitness training, workouts, and training tools that are used in the fitness industry today.

My clients like the fact that each and every work out is exciting, challenging, and successful in reaching their weight loss goals. I do my best to keep my workouts fun and exciting for them so they don't get bored.

My clients are more than special to me. I have truly enjoyed the relationships that I have encountered over the years of my training. It has made my job fun and exciting.

My most important goal in my career is to see all my clients achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. I give my clients full attention keeping them interested in a fun challenging workout that are the newest versions of the fitness industry today.

    Frequently asked questions

    In our first meeting, I like to get to know a little bit about my client. I like to find out if family members are on board with whatever their goals may be. 
    I will talk about how my training techniques and the importance of nutrition.  I will find out what their eating habits are and what we need to change. 
    We will do an assessment,  go over their goals, do measurements, body fat, weight, and a test.
    We will then discuss what kind of workouts will be the best to do for their goals.

    My Certifications are Elite personal training, Exercise therapy, Nutrition, water aerobics, boot camps, and Endurance training.

    My Standard price is $60 per hour if within a 15-mile range. Anything over 15 miles will be $70 to $80 depending on how far.
