Since then i have turned Ifbb Pro, Opened 2 Gyms, 1 Supplement Company & Meal Prep Company. Now it is my lifestyle and full time career, I love it because I am faced with many challenges and I strive to always help other people including myself achieve their goals. When you become my client your goal is my goal and I will never give up till the goal has been reached... which means time to set new goals.

    Coby is one of the best personal trainers. I have been training with him for the past 1 year and he has been very punctual in keeping up with the schedule. He pushes you to work hard but he knows your limit. I began to see differences in myself after the 1st week itself. Training with him has helped me gain confidence and has changed my work and personal life.He also provides supplement and nutritional guidance which complements the personal training. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Full Assessment  of current fitness abilities and eating habits. Evaluate the goals desired to achieve and plan the most efficient way time wise as well as financially. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a master trainer and sports nutritionist. I’m also an IFBB Pro in bodybuilding 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

30 minute sessions, but can be booked back to back to schedule an hour. 

1 session $50 

4 sessions $160

8 sessions $300 

How did you get started teaching?

It has been my passion since I was a child. So I would say since I was 16 and I’m 29.
