Welcome!

My name is Danny, founder of S.O.A.L Coaching, I am Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

My journey with fitness started back in high school, my dad noticed we were getting a bit out of shape and living an unhealthy lifestyle so he decided to enroll us in a gym.

That's when the journey started, it was a great bonding experience and it helped develop a passion for fitness.

Fitness has and always will be a big part of me, it has helped through a lot of different chapters and I want to able to bring that help to others. Helping people achieve their fitness goals, achieve their body goals, seeing their confidence grow each time. Helping them tap into their true potential, both physically and mentally, brings me immense joy.

I love doing that without all the BS that goes around now a days.

My stance on nutrition is a science and fact driven stance, you should never resort to extreme measures. No making any particular food the enemy, no detox tea, no crazy diets, no juice cleanses.

This is a lifestyle change, this is designed to help you win long term.
