About

I have 10+ years of experience in training athletes and as a personal trainer. I specialize in training in football but I can train and improve athletes who play various sports who need to work on speed and agility. I played receiver at Texas A&M from 2005-2009. I was a 2 time high school All-American/All state receiver playing at Fossil Ridge High School. I am also a personal trainer and have years of knowledge in personal fitness and weight lifting. My passion for fitness and sports training started when I finished college. My passion is also to see people and athletes improve and better themselves as a person and athlete.

I currently train in the north richland hills area and my price is $60 for a 1 hour session. I can be reached at 817-637-6112.
