My trainer, Rafael, fashions my training to suit my individual physical and training needs. He shakes things up at each workout surprising my body with different patterns and fitness activities. It’s intense, fun and at the end of my session, I know I’ve had an awesome workout because my body feels it (in a good way). My workout session is also a great stress reliever!
