My trainer, Rafael, fashions my training to suit my individual physical and training needs. He shakes things up at each workout surprising my body with different patterns and fitness activities. It’s intense, fun and at the end of my session, I know I’ve had an awesome workout because my body feels it (in a good way). My workout session is also a great stress reliever!

Rafael is the best, most knowledgeable personal trainer you can find in fitness industry. He tailors each clients exercise regimen according to his or her individual strengths and weaknesses. Ralph is an awesome instructor!!! Im a professional boxer and mma fighter and have went to Ralp twice for my knee rehab. I still attend his Pilatess workouts to focus on stretching, core and overall balance which are very important in my profession!!
