About
It's not about me, it's about what I can do for YOU the CLIENT! Confused about where to start? I remember my confusion when I began my own journey many years ago! That's normal and exactly why I give my one-on-one clients 100% every single session. Period. You bring the honest desire for positive change and I provide the rest!
When a client learns that getting and STAYING fit isnt at all difficult and they decide to "fly on their own" then I am very proud. Any trainer who truly believes in what fitness can do for the ENTIRE person ultimately wants their clients to become Independent. (But still come visit tho! ha)

It's so easy to get started. All it takes is a quick phone call or text for a short 5 minute conversation about what you want to make happen. If you like what you hear we can get you signed up on the spot and schedule your first 3 day a week rotation.

How did you get started teaching?
Once upon a time I used to be the classic "98 pound weakling" who smoked , drank , ate junk food and didn't exercise and with a little help was able to do a total 180. IF I Can you then its 110% certain that you can do it too!
What types of students have you worked with?
in the course of a day I have literally trained with former Green Beret and a Cancer recovery client all before lunch. The best thing about fitness is that the principles are universal but the applications are 100% subjective and can be scaled to whatever and wherever you choose to start. Today is the best day to start.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This year my first competitive client WON first place in Men's Classic Physique. That was rewarding. The best , though , is when clients bring their friends and family to train after being here a while.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If they ask MORE questions for understanding what you want and why you want it and LESS about talking about "Them" and what they are about then you have a real pro on your hands.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Understand that Fitness is not a product that you can buy butis an all permeating MINDSET that takes time to cultivate. Be sure the coach that you select wants you to learn rather than keep you dependent on his training schedule
