
I have been training and teaching people from kids to adults for over 30 years. I am an Army Veteran and take fitness and personal protection seriously. I have created the Mitt Fit Workout for beginners to start moving and getting fit. I am a certified personal trainer and worked at gyms like UFC Gym, Crunch Fitness, Title Boxing, Tap Out Fitness, and trained many people from New Jersey to San Antonio. I was also a Nurse for 15 years. Martial Arts and Fitness is a way of life.
