Liz attended the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in 2010 where she became a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant. She received her Kettle Bell Certification through Tactical Athlete and is CPR/AED certified. She is certified by OhBaby and has a specialty in pre and post natal fitness training. She is also trained in TRX suspension training, Crossfit, and yoga. She has appeared on NBC News 4 Washington for a segment for National Women's Health month.
Her specialities include but are not limited to weight loss, flexibility/mobility, cardio, endurance, strength training, pre and post natal fitness, and getting your body back to functioning properly, so you can be the best you, you can be! Liz is also a yoga enthusiast and integrates yoga into her personalized fitness routines. She believes in a balanced mind and body. She offers high quality, professional, one on one personal training sessions, small group sessions, nutritional consultations, and full meal plans out of her private studio in downtown Leesburg, VA.
