Annie is incredible. I began getting results within the first month of following her programming. She listens, asks and answers questions, and is always checking in on me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The new client can review my website and fill out a few fitness forms.  I will contact the client via messenger or phone to discuss in detail her fitness goals.

After our discussion and if we decide to move forward, I will design a 12 week personalized fitness and nutrition program.  The client will be asked to download our special app for training and food well as invitation to our private facebook group and community forum.

I check in with the client on a daily basis.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified through ISSA and hold their Elite Trainer status.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

12 weeks of online fitness and nutrition coaching = $180

We also offer one month packages for $80

What types of students have you worked with?

I specialize in women from all walks of life and can work around injuries and medical issues.
