When I was in my late 60's I started working out at Sequoia Health...and now that I'm 80+, I'm still going strong. The exercises are not always easy; but, with help from Woody, I can do them. Some are more difficult than others: Bosu ball, balance board, lunges. But with his encouragement and help I CAN do them. I feel that working out at Sequoia Health has helped my day to day life. I can lift heavy bags, climb stairs (multiple flights), garden, travel alone, etc. I still have years to go and with these exercises, I'll get there.
