We have so much to offer! Latitude Climbing & Fitness offers Personal Training, with Selina and Anthony. Latitude also offers yoga, group fitness HIIT classes: cardio, strength, and endurance depending on the day, and of course rock climbing. Take advantage of one, two, or all of the things we have to offer. We love health and fitness!
We love working out of Latitude Climbing and Fitness because we can truly offer our clients the opportunity to Balance their Body, Mind, and Soul. Cross-training is AMAZING when working towards any goal, because it shocks the body and utilized different muscles. Climbing, taking HIIT classes, participating in Yoga classes WHILE personal training is IDEAL for reaching health and fitness goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin the same way with each client - a Free consultation where we give a tour of the location, explain what is offered and membership options at Latitude, and then we discuss your training needs.
We go over pricing, schedule sessions, and plan your workouts. We go over the NASM EDGE app and explain how you'll use this during your journey.
We also conduct assessments to ensure no injuries will interfere with exercise, and to identify any muscle imbalances that need to be corrected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our business is a partnership of Two National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainers, who both have backgrounds that lead us to this point. Anthony with a degree in Exercise Science, and Selina with a degree in Psychology and experience working with children, we are knowledgeable and can help you stay motivated and focused on your fitness goals.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing starts at Youth PT for $60/hour, and Adults for $80/hour. However, Latitude members save $20 on ALL services.
