As a professional overseas athlete, I’ve spent years developing my game at the highest levels, including competing as a Division I college player and playing internationally for the past seven years. Through that experience, I’ve learned what it truly takes to improve, compete, and stay prepared.

These training sessions are designed to focus on your individual game. We’ll break down your strengths, identify areas for growth, and introduce tools and techniques that translate directly into in-game performance. The goal isn’t just to train hard—it’s to train with purpose, so you can perform with confidence when it matters most.

You will be challenged during these workouts. Growth comes from pushing beyond your comfort zone, and that’s exactly what we aim to do. At the same time, building a strong relationship is a key part of the process. Trust, communication, and consistency will help us get the best out of your abilities.
