I am a nationally certified personal coach with a women's fitness specialization. I am also nutrition certified through Precision Nutrition, and have 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry. 

Before I get my clients started, I like to walk them through a full, hour long fitness consultation to get to the root of your goals and to determine a good starting point and to make sure we stay injury free. 

Each session, I offer a personalized workout based on your abilities and strength, finishing up with a cool down based on the movements performed to promote proper recovery.

My job is to really listen to what you are striving for and deliver those results, as long as you are up for the challenge of putting in the work! While the gyms are closed, I am offering online and virtual training over video calls, along with "homework" workouts to perform between training session; that way you aren never without guidance. If you are ready to get set up with a dedicated coach who has your best interests at heart, I'm ready to make those fitness goals come true.

My favorite part about being a personal coach is being able to be that difference in someone's life, whether it's that they need to feel heard in their decisions about their fitness plan, or just being there to give them that little push to keep going. I love seeing my clients come back session after session feeling better physically and emotionally about themselves. To hear I was apart of someone's life being improved or helping someone reach those little victories along the way is the best feeling in the world!
