I’ve been personal training and coaching for over twenty years. I’ve been training in martial arts for the same. I have coached pro fighters to the UFC and I’ve coached your average person to just increase their health and learn some basic self defense. I can coach anyone, at any level.
my mission is to help my clients reach the highest expression of their truesest self. I love martial arts. I believe anyone can do it. I enjoy helping people achieve better health & fitness levels as well increased confidence levels. My students know they now have a basic skill set in self defense.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we sit down and have a basic consultation. I want to learn about your health and fitness goals and Establish a baseline of your current condition. Once we determine that we can work together we schedule our first 30 day of training sessions and set goals and benchmarks for the first 30 days.
How did you get started teaching?
I started to coach wrestling right after high school and got a job in the fitness industry running health clubs, selling memberships, training people, I’ve been in the fitness industry my whole life.
What types of students have you worked with?
All kinds, Pro fighters, pro baseball players, pro basketball players, kids with disabilities, elderly, I can work with anyone.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Know what your goals are, be prepared to invest in yourself.
