What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually like to find out what their goal for training is. Then find out if their mentality prepared for training (not everyone is). This is follow by a fitness test.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in kinesiology
certification: NASM PT, Nesta Fight Cond., Crossfit Lvl 1, Crossfit movement and Mobility, Spinning Lvl 1, Strong by Zumba Lvl 1

How did you get started teaching?
I've been and athlete my whole life so it was a natural progression for me to go into the health and fitness industry. My first career position was personal training at Bally's total fitness; which is known today as LA Fitness.
What types of students have you worked with?
Teen athletes, CrossFit athletes, moms, veterans...etc.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would look for someone who is has experience or expertise is the training they're looking to improve on.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is their primary goal for their health and fitness.
