I focus not only on the physical aspect of training but the mental approach to health and fitness as well.
Meeting new people who have a desire to better themselves and the world around them.
Aaron is a great coach!
I have been a professional athlete my entire life. Only once I started training with Aaron and Aerobic Capacity that I started noticing how training can be so much more than a habit and lifestyle, but that it can transform your entire being in the most positive way. Being an athlete, your body is conditioned for tough workouts, but Aerobic Capacity did not only focus on making keeping me fit, is focused on how I can improve and become a better athlete than I was before.
Aaron does a great job in understanding what his clients need and tailoring the workouts to meet those unique individual needs.
Aaron is one of the most kind motivating and caring trainers you could ever have. He truly cares about helping you reach your goal. He developed my workout routines, guided and assessed my workouts, provided nutrition and supplement plans and encouraged me every step of the way. Aaron is fabulous and I highly recommend him To anyone looking for a trainer that cares about your health as well as results. He’s consistently worried about your form and injury and pays close attention to that. I recommend Aaron to anyone looking to improve your fitness level whether a beginner or a lifelong enthusiast. Thank you Aaron!
I usually like to find out what their goal for training is. Then find out if their mentality prepared for training (not everyone is). This is follow by a fitness test.

I've been and athlete my whole life so it was a natural progression for me to go into the health and fitness industry. My first career position was personal training at Bally's total fitness; which is known today as LA Fitness.

I would look for someone who is has experience or expertise is the training they're looking to improve on.
What is their primary goal for their health and fitness.
