Sarah is tough, smart, and accommodating. During this lockdown I wasn’t able to get to the chiropractor for a bit, and even before I went she was able to stop all pain(lower back). My daily life improved substantially, tasks I never knew bothered becoming easier and effortless. She’s motivating and accepting of all workout attitudes!!! Best PT I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Shes very well-educated in a seemingly endless amount of different types of exercise--we are doing different things every lesson, which I like as its always new and not repetitive. Also knows muscle anatomy which helps me keep on form.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with new students, I like to chat with them about what their goals are and what they’re hoping to gain from our time together. From there, I will tailor their sessions to meet their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my CPT through NASM, as well as additional certificates in women's fitness, senior fitness, group fitness, and mma conditioning, as well as level I mittology through mitt master
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each session is tailored to fit the clients goals and is a flat rate of $80
