I like the personal attention, knowledgeable trainers, friendly people and good energy at gym. I'm new to CrossFit and was intimidated by trying it but wanted to challenge myself. It's a very different experience from other workouts I've done and I'm really enjoying it!

I love the atmosphere and the support of CrossFit Walnut Creek. Each coach truly cares about your development and pushes you to get better. It’s also super nice that the coaches remember little things about you (recent or old injuries, life events, etc). I love this gym!

Amazing experience. They provided top notch training with a deep understanding of the way my body worked and moved. The experience was both fun and challenging, exactly what I was looking for.
