About
Pro Results is professional training that’s results driven. I break down the body joint by joint and corrective exercises are utilized to address muscle imbalances. Training phases are implemented with a beginning, middle and end, so clients understand progression and the importance of programming. I utilize boxing as a tool to keep it fun. Nutritional advice is included but don’t use “diets.” We will train movement not muscles!
I enjoy being able to help someone no matter where they’re fitness level is. Tracking progress and looking back to where we started means the most. I like knowing I’m helping someone, it’s beyond weight loss and building muscle for me.
