I am a holistic health and fitness consultant. Along with personal training, I do organic meal prep for my clients and customized holistic nutrition programming. My background is in competitive gymnastics, and physical therapy. I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Nutrition and Psychology. To bridge the gap between nutrition and fitness, I also do wellness workshops (including stress management techniques and behavior modification) and cooking classes. My ideal client is someone who genuinely wants to improve their health and quality of life through fitness and wellness.

I like to set up an intial consultation to go over your needs, goals and how I can best help you. Here we go over a gameplan on how I can best address your needs. We set up monthly targets of habit changes with nutrition and fitness program. We do monthly measurements and assessments to track your progress using our InBody machine.
I have a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University in Kinesiology, Nutrition and Psychology. As a high level competitive gymnast for 17 years, I bring aspects of my experience in calisthenics, total body training, neuromuscular conditioning and awareness to my training. I have a background as a physical therapy aide and strive to bridge the gap between physical therapy and progressing to training. I am passionate in helping clients pre or post op (in collaboration with physicians and physical therapists if necessary), injury prevention and specific training preparation (ie. Marathon training, training for Kilamanjaro, sport specific...) I have a TRX certification and have led multiple bootcamp classes at Nike and various gym locations. I work as a health consultant at a medical clinic where I work hand in hand with a Naturopath aiding professional athletes and patients alike in healing nutritient deficiencies and acheiving optimal health. I offer workshops with my doctor in identifying various health issues. I offer in home help with purging kitchens of unhealthy food and teach you how to grocery shop, understand nutrition labels and restock your home with foods that will help you stay within diet and nutrition goals and prevent bad habit pitfalls. I offer custom cookbooks, organic meal prep service, and weekly nutrition consulting. I lead workshops educating clients in different types of nutrition programming and their benefits as well as behavior modification, stress coping techniques and collaborate with many other health professionals who share the same values as me. I attend annual conventions to maintain and expand my knowledge in an ever evolving industry.

From a young age, I have always wanted to help others. As an competitive athlete I have always had in interest in the human body and maintaining optimal health and wellness. In college I knew it was my calling to help people improve their quality of life through fitness, nutrition and health. My experience teaching started after I stopped competing in gymanstics. I coached for 4 years, then began personal training. I wanted to expand my knowledge and become more well rounded in helping my clients with proper form, technique, injury prevention and healing so began working at several physical therapy clinics. Along with training and nutrition guidance I offered, my clients needed more hands on help maintaining their nutrition programs so I began offering a meal prep service. That translated into recipe creation, custom cookbooks and weekly nutrition consulting to hold clients accountable. Within the physical therapy clinic I worked (who were already using my services), a medical group witnessed what I was doing and asked me to come on as their health consultant and help their patients implement nutritional programs. I provide a unique holistic approach to health and wellness by combining fitness, nutrition and health.
I have worked with all types of client and patients. From the average Joe who just wants to lose weight or build muscle to professional athletes. However, the client who is the right fit for my services is someone who genuinely wants to improve their health, fitness and improve their quality of life and put in the work to make the necessary changes and stick to the designed program.
