I've been in the Strength & Conditioning industry for 15 years and have been certified through several reputable organizations. I work with all fitness levels, young, experienced, and everything in-between. I'm extremely passionate about what I do and aim to improve quality as well as quantity of life in my clients.
I love the "a-ha" moments! Teaching my clients how to build foundational strength in order to make their movements more precise and efficient. Educating clients is the key to success and making the workouts a great experence rather than a chore. Be patient and you'll get the results you're looking to achieve.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple certifications including RKC2, SFG2, USAW, ISSA and graduated from Central New Mexico University with a degree as a Fitness Technician.

I offer hour, half hour, 45 minute and semi-private sessions.
How did you get started teaching?
I've been an athlete all my life and decided helping others achieve optimal movement was something I was very passionate about.

Do your research when looking for a Personal Trainer. Experience and reputable certifications are crucial.
