Hello! My name is Jessie, and I am a NASM-certified. Combining my personal fitness journey, collegiate athletic background, my passion for helping others, and my professional certification, I am committed to empowering individuals to achieve their strongest, healthiest, and happiest selves.

In addition to my training background, I am currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Counseling with the goal of becoming a licensed therapist. This allows me to integrate a holistic approach to health—recognizing the critical connection between physical fitness and mental well-being. I firmly believe that building a strong body, mindset, and lifestyle goes hand in hand, and I incorporate this perspective into my coaching.

As a former collegiate volleyball athlete, I bring a unique understanding of discipline, teamwork, and athletic performance to my training, which can be valuable in tailoring your fitness journey.

My pricing is designed to be affordable, as I want to make a positive impact on your health and fitness without the burden of excessive costs. I am passionate about helping individuals make meaningful changes in their lives, and I would love the opportunity to support you in reaching your fitness goals.

If you’re new to fitness but you have a goal to stay consistent and look your best for the new year, i definitely recommend Jessie ! She’s great for beginners I’ve learned so much about fitness at the gym and nutrition advice to stay consistent at home. She’s made me feel really comfortable trying new workouts now I feel confident to try these on my own when we don’t have a session scheduled 😊
