Hello everyone! My name is Chris Miguel and I'm a personal trainer in the Bay Area. My mission is to inspire and motivate clients to surpass their fitness aspirations through personalized training programs tailored to individual needs. Whether you're aiming to enhance your athletic performance, improve your overall health, or achieve specific fitness milestones, I'm committed to guiding you every step of the way with unwavering support and enthusiasm.

I have a strong background in strength and conditioning coaching at both high school and college levels, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to my training sessions.

I've spent the past 3 years coaching baseball at the collegiate level so I have experience training recent college athletes as well as the prior 4 years coaching at a high school where I trained high school kids on basic fundamental movements. With a background training multiple age ranges, I'm able to help anyone and everyone who is looking to work toward their goals!

Growing up with a lifelong passion for baseball, I earned an athletic scholarship to play college baseball at Rogers State University. There, I earned my Bachelor's of Science (BS) in Sports Management, further solidifying my expertise in athletic training and fitness management.
