My goal as a trainer is to support and educate individuals of all fitness levels. As a trainer in the Bay Area, I've had experience training athletes, techies, busy professionals, busy working parents, and senior citizens.
I understand that everyone's goals in the gym are different, I want to be able to adapt and support you while you are in here and give you the expertise needed in order for you to succeed in and out of the gym. My background in fitness: -Boxing and Jiu Jitsu -Spartan Race Prep (Top 6% Finisher) -Basketball -Olympic Weightlifting My Specializations: -Weight Loss -Muscle Building -Strength Training -Athletic Performance -Posture Correction -Pain Management -Flexibility/Mobility Experience: -4 Year Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness -Intern at Infinite Body Health (Chiropractor’s office) -Former Olympic Weightlifting Competitor -Currently Pursuing Martial Arts (Jiu Jitsu/Boxing)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1) Initial Consultation to assess a client's baseline of fitness in terms of flexibility/mobility/movement function
2) Create a comprehensive program and plan based off of things we saw during the consultation. Here we will know which exercises to prescribe
3) Once body is conditioned and ready to workout, we can create a program that will allow someone to train without pain and with correct movement pattern
4) Have fun, enjoy and becoming stronger with every workout!
