I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). with ten years of experience in Personal Training/Coaching. I work with individuals from various backgrounds and ages, from 21 to 89. I aim for you to achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.
