I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). with ten years of experience in Personal Training/Coaching. I work with individuals from various backgrounds and ages, from 21 to 89. I aim for you to achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues. A healthy lifestyle is much more than lifting weights. It’s about mobility, stretching, functional training, balance, nutrition, and targeting areas in your body that need assistance doing everything you want. I love being a personal trainer because I get instant gratification from seeing my clients experience what their bodies are capable of with enough hard work and never thought they could.     First he assesses your needs and your goals. Then he tailors the workout to what you need to accomplish your own personal goals. For me I wanted to lose some weight, get stronger, and increase my flexibility. Since working out with him as my trainer I did gain more strength and not only am I slimmer but also more fit. And I definitely am more flexible than when I started. And lastly when I didn’t feel like exercising I know that afterwards I definitely felt better than prior to working out with him.

    My goal was to improve my hip mobility and flexibility for Jiu-Jitsu, but also for my daily life (to counter all the sitting and slouching). Ive been working with Rob for a few weeks and Ive already seen improvements to my hip mobility. He demonstrates exercises very well and corrects my posture which is great because my body always wants to find ways to cheat.
    I really like that he doesnt just focus on developing flexibility, but also strengthening that range of motion. Im looking forward to seeing more progress and Im glad to be working with Rob at Robert Anthony Fitness.

    Our teenage son trained with Rob this past year and became stronger physically and mentally. Our son wanted to gain muscle (aka Get Buff) and get faster for track. After their initial evaluation, Rob saw areas of weakness in need of development before starting a weight and agility program. He created a plan focused on the fundamentals of proper body alignment targeting core, balance and flexibility.     I’ve always been part of a very active family. I have five brothers and three sisters, so all are very athletic, and we’re into sports. I am the youngest at nine, making me competitive with my other brothers and sisters. I enjoyed learning about fitness, health, and how to become a better athlete. Through the years, I worked at many gems, educating and helping clients reach their goals. I enjoy the Instagram vacation of seeing someone accomplish a task they thought they couldn’t do. I have been and still am a Ballroom teacher. I have taught Ballroom Dancing for 15 years. I’ve worked with students of all agents to help them learn how to dance, just like dancing with the stars. Teaching Ballroom and being a Personal Trainer has really harnessed my teaching/coaching abilities, which allows my students/clients to get the best service.
