How did you get started teaching?
I was recovering from a work injury and did everything but nothing seemed to help. I had my yoga teacher training certificate but had to give up on teaching to take care of my mom who had cancer. After her death and one year of therapy with no results and still in pain . I started training as a strength trainer at a local strength training center. . Within 2 weeks I was out of pain lifting weights. I had practiced yoga and aerobics Pilates and wanted to learn as much as I could so I could transform other peoples suffering into strength.
