What is your typical process for working with a new student?

How did you get started teaching?
I trained all my life as a kid starting in Tae Kwon Do and then moved to weightlifting and bodybuilding toward my highschool and through my college years. About 3 years after college, I started diving into the science of bodybuilding, which manifested in the way my physique developed over the years of applying the knowledge. I began getting compliments and eventually inquiries about training programs and since then i have helped many people achieve their physique goals.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with a wide range of people from young athletes to the older population looking stronger muscles and a lower body fat percentage. Lots of my specialities lie in fat loss and hypertrophy.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I frequently get texts about my clients gaining their confidence back, achieving personal records in their weight lifting, as well as testimonies on how much better they feel in their day to day lives being stronger and healthier! Nothing is more rewarding than these texts.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have the results and that they practice what they preach! I don't frequently post photos of my clients just to keep their privacy but I personally have a massive amount of evidence that my courses are effective! I am currently recovering from pregnancy which left me about 60lb over weight. Since January 16th, I went from 175lb to 135lb and did it with relatively no struggle because of the methods I to maintain a healthy deficit!
