I’m a personal trainer specializing in one-on-one strength training for women 60 and over. My goal is to help clients build strength, improve balance and mobility, increase energy, and feel more confident in their everyday lives.
I provide personalized training programs based on each client’s goals, fitness level, and experience. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after time away, or simply looking to stay active and strong, I focus on safe, effective workouts designed to help you move and feel your best.
I train clients at a gym in Katonah, NY, and also offer in-home personal training in Katonah, Somers, Mount Kisco, and surrounding areas.
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients become stronger, more capable, and more confident — and hearing that their family and friends notice the difference too.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It is important to know what your goals are, your workout experience, and if you have any injuries. During the first session, I will evaluate your strength, weakness, proper technique and form With this information, I then put together a workout that is appropriate and challenging. No two workouts are the same. I strongly believe in changing the routines to keep them fresh and fun!
