I have been passionate about health and fitness for well over 20 years. From fitness training, to being a practicing martial artist, my focus and passion now is to help others live healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives.
By "meeting people where they are" in their lives I design a personalized program suited for each individual and their needs. With my expertise I will teach others how to reach a higher state of wellness.

Each person is different, everybody is different and every body is different, so it's all geared toward the individuals needs and goals.

How did you get started teaching?
I've been a martial artist since a very young age. The passion grew from there, getting involved in sports and weight lifting. Over the years I have acquired my own philosophy, which entails a system of Calisthenics done in a progressive manor.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with clients ranging from Chronic Illnesses, weight loss, building lean muscle, those seeking overall health, to post and pre injury.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My client Maret who has Multiple Sclerosis. This is where the gratification comes in, really helping people.
She came to me with the hopes to walk better and regain some balance. We have gotten her to a point now where she does Triathlons, Spartan Races, Duathlons, and Mudders. After a few months she started to regain her balance and health, at that point we strictly started to train her for these events.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they are certified from a creditable source.
Make sure he/she has good credentials and experience. That they truly care for people.
