Hi, I'm Coach Mimi, the owner of Adaptive Strength!
Adaptive Strength offers a fun and enjoyable individualized fitness program for the neurodiverse population.
I believe everyone can exercise and be stronger. I meet each athlete where their abilities are today and work together to achieve their goals.
In Adaptive Strength, I focus on 3 basic physical skills of each athlete, Strength, Stability and Motor Planning, as I approach on their Adaptive, Cognitive and Social skills.
I am a Certified Level 2 Autism Fitness Instructor, and Level 1 USA Track and Field Coach. I have 12 years of experience working with special needs athletes as an ABA therapist and a track coach in Rolling Thunder Special Needs Program

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First class will be a free assessment session ( 45 to 60 minutes). Then I will collaborate with the athlete, family or care taker to create individualized fitness programs
