Our team of Certified Personal Trainers will design an individualized program especially suited to meet your needs and provide you with a safe and challenging workout. Whether your goal is a well developed physique, better cardiovascular endurance, or improved overall health, your trainer will be there to provide expert instruction, guide you through proper form and alignment, and of course, offer you the motivation and support you need.
Personal training is, of course, personal and our satisfaction comes from helping people acheive their fitness and health goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During my initial consultation I want to learn what my client’s specific needs are. I also like to understand their past fitness and athletic experiences along with what is motivating them now.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working out with when I was around 12 or 13 years old and competed in Track and Field, Football, Baseball and ultimately Bodybuilding.
I’ve competed and won bodybuilding titles in my teens, 20’s and in my 30’s... in 1996 I competed in and won the American National Championships in NYC where I won the LH Division and 2nd overall, earning my WNBF Pro card.
I am now in my 50's, I still train 5 to 6 times per week and have aggressive fitness goals for myself.
While I come from a background in bodybuilding, I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and have worked with a wide variety of clients with goals that range from wanting to lose a few pounds to massive body transformations.

I can provide one-on-one training at your gym or home. I also work with clients on a consultation basis to design training programs to meet your fitness goals.

I have worked with men and women clients ranging in age from 14 to 75 years young. All with a variety of fitness goals and objectives from losing a few pounds, to competing in sports and bodybuilding.
