About this pro

F.I.T. is a simple concept. When it comes to fitness, all that is needed is a little bit (or sometimes allot!) of guidance in training. I have been training for a long time and through the years I have come to realize more and more that my role as a personal trainer is to maximize the potential in YOU through commitment, hard work, dedication, faith, and hope that your life can be changed for the better; if you simply train.

I love helping people achieve health goals they never imagined possible. It is absolutely possible to achieve any fitness goal you have. All you need to do is commit to the program and follow my expert advice.

Scheduling flexibility, price and trainer is knowledgeable.

Casey is one attentive guy. He makes sure your movements are done safely and correctly. Always on time and packs in an hour of fitness that s quite rewarding. I have never felt that good about a workout before.

I trained with Casey for approximately 4 years. In that time, Casey has dramatically improved my strength, cardio, and I lost 15lbs. I feel great, have more energy, and look even better. I truly enjoyed my time training with Casey and would continue except for the fact that he relocated out of state. The workouts are specifically designed for you –to address your needs. I can’t say enough about my experience training with him.

Casey is the best kind of trainer: he listens to your goals, works with you through challenges, and pushes you farther than you could ever go on your own. He has a gentle heart, firey blood, and will help your body adapt athletically for a better life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The first time meeting together will be a fitness consultain. The consultation is an oportunity to talk about fitness goals, exercise background, injury history, and any medical considerations. At the consultation we will also go through a quick mobility screening. From there we will discuss a program that is right for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an M.A. from Yale University. I am also a certified personal trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing is determined by the type of program we decide is best for your fitness goals. This will be decided at the consultation.
