409 Fitness™ is like having your own real live On-Demand program in your own home.  It is also like having a real personal training studio one-on-one experience because essentially that is what it is.  We start at your level regardless of whether you are a beginning exerciser, weekend warrior, or superior athlete.

In addition, there are no judgments about your housekeeping skills; a clean or unclean house will not interfere with getting results with 409 Fitness™ In-Home Personal Training.

"After one month of personal training at 409 Fitness™, my golf game has improved, which was one of my goals to achieve. I can drive the ball noticeably farther than I had been, and after walking 18 holes, I am not winded or tired and ready to play more holes."

“One of my goals was to decrease one dress size before my birthday, but I actually decreased two dress sizes by participating in the Ladies Like Lifting™ personal training program."

  • Jessica

“Jeff’s level of professionalism makes me feel safe while I am working out. He challenges me by increasing the intensity in a progressive manner. I never feel like I may be in a position to get injured. He is also adept at modifying my workouts when I had serious hand and ankle injuries,” Jessica.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We evaluate each person's level of and experience with exercising and we begin at their appropriate level. We then progressively challenge each individual as they progress through our routine.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was a high school and middel school teacher and coach for many years before I changed careers and I created 409 Fitness™ Personal Training.  I have a masters degree and national certifications in teaching and personal training.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I have a standard pricing system for my personal training program.  The packages are on the brochures which can be found on our website: www.409Fitness.com.  Click on a picture on the homepage and the brochure can be downloaded.  I can also email a brochure to the potential client if they request a brochure through our email:  [email protected]

How did you get started teaching?

I have always been a teacher but changed from teaching high school to teaching how to exercise properly and efficiently when I created 409 Fitness™ Personal Training.

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with all ages from middle school students to adults in their 80's.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am fond of championship playoff series in all sports.  These athletes are the best of the best competing to be the best.  I appreciate the competition.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you hire a teacher that you are comfortable working with.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

How can you (the teacher) best accomodate my goals and objectives and what I (the student) want to achieve?
