Before I started working with Applied Body Science, I was lifting 6 days a week and doing intense cardio 7 days a week. I rarely ever took rest days and never let my body fully recover. I was spending hours at the gym, but the results were not showing. I’ve always wanted to be a fitness model but the thought of that actually happening seemed impossible. It wasn’t until I started working with Applied Body Science, when I saw dramatic change in my body. Scott pushes me every single workout session. With every workout, I feel stronger and more confident in my body. I am constantly seeing changes in my body and I couldn’t be happier. I learned so much from him in our time together. Not only did he educate me about my body and proper form, but he also made me realize that I don’t need to kill myself every single day at the gym to accomplish what I want. He has allowed me to achieve my goals and always motivates me to keep going. I am so lucky to have found a coach who is knowledgeable, actually values my goals, wants the best for me, and continues to push me towards bettering myself. I am so thankful and appreciative of the opportunity to work with Applied Body Science to achieve the body I’ve always wanted but never thought I would have.
