I've worked in the healthcare industry for decades. From cancer therapist to massage therapist, personal trainer and weight loss coach. I have worked with clients of all ages and stages in life. We work to have fun, get stronger, increase range of motion and live healthier!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially we do a consultation... free of course inquiring about your specific needs and wants. We also address any health issues or concerns in regards to a workout program. We customize a plan for you whether its 2-3 or more times a week.

How did you get started teaching?
I helped a family member train for a marathon after a automobile accident in which he lost a leg due to infection. I also did massage and stretching to keep his range of motion and balance. This was my start back in 2004. I became ACE certified.
What types of students have you worked with?
Just about all ages. School aged kids in sports to older patients recovering from surgery. Most clients have been between 40 and better.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
There are many trainers out there. You need to ask questions, try a work out to see if it's a good fit for you and your goals. Bring a friend or friends for support and more fun. Exercise needs to find a way into your life so let's at least have fun with it.
