Not your typical trainer. We specialize in developing strength, enhance speed, develop power, generate force production, train energy systems, create metabolic flexibility and teach you tactical nutrition. We do this to help you progressively perform better on the field and off.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
There is no typical process. Athletes start from where they’re at.

Six time state record holder as a powerlifter.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have trained several MMA champions on an amateur and professional level. Trained a Jui-Jitsu pro-am silver medalist, NAGA champions, NASA National High School Powerlifting medalist and numerous athletes from high school to professional level.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Methods, techniques and programming is what matters in order to reach and exceed your goals.
Ask potential trainers to name a few methods they have successfully employed in strength training, conditioning, bodybuilding, or body transformation. Ask them the difference between method and programming, and technique, and form.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Can this trainer show me a track record of demonstrable success?
Is this trainer going to give me the kind of intelligent cueing for form and technique that will not lead to soft tisssue injury like tennis elbow?
Does this trainer know the difference between good and bad patterning?
