I became a trainer nearly a decade ago after I accomplished my own fitness goals! I was very heavy and unhealthy. I needed to make a change. I stuck with it! After losing 130 pounds, I decided to make fitness my career. I have since had the immense pleasure of training a variety of people from the elderly to atheletes.
I am Nationally Accreditted through ISSA. Additionally, I have a degree in Pshychology. I feel my education helps with struggles related to weight loss and fitness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we have a consultation. This is always free. We complete an assessment, which helps me design their unique program.
That is, every single clients gets a unique workout tailored specifically for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several fitness related certifications. I also have a degree in psychology.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The pricing system can be found on my website or Facebook page. However, it is always best to contact me about prices as I often run specials.

I have worked with all kinds of clients, of all ages and backgrounds, with widely varied goals. I feel confident we can tackle anything!
