Performance Masters is a mobile based personal training service in Tampa, FL. I provide fun, effective and safe in home personal training. I work predominately with clients in weight loss, youth sports training, and muscle building.
I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade, earning my undergraduate and graduate degree in exercise science. I have trained all ages ranging from youth to adult. I’ve trained beginners up to celebrities and professional athletes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All new clients under ago an assessment before any training regime begins. I performan a medical screening, mobility test, body compositing, and strength tests to get an accurate baseline.

I’m a mobile based training service, meaning I come to my clients and workout them out in the comfort of their own home. Prices start out around $100, but can fluctuate based off of location and session time.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone that motivates you, and sets up your fitness journey for long term success. Don’t just hire a trainer for workouts. Hire someone who will teach you how to exercise, that way you can continue exercising on your own with confidence!
